The FCR Public Affairs Office is the public relations arm of Fog City Rocketry and is meant to foster transparent communication between the public and Fog City Rocketry. It is an office under the Division of Business Development of Fog City Rocketry and is headed by a Public Information Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the FCR Public Affairs Office includes but is not limited to.
- Direct public engagement with the public at FCR events
- Managing FCR’s Social Media (IG, LinkedIn, YouTube etc...)
- FCR’s press releases.
- Timely release of FCR’s Launch Notices.
- Producing FCR’s Podcasts (The RocketPod).
- Engage Directly with AS and other Student Orgs.
- Management and maintenance of the colors (Flags)
- The Public Affairs Office may from time to time add to this list of duties and responsibilities as it sees fit.
Standards
