The Purpose of PROJECT ALEHOUSE is to develop a liquid fuel production program for Fog City Rocketry. Specifically, the development of a mass production program of anhydrous Ethanol via biological means, the end goal of which is to produce this alcohol for use as a rocket fuel, and as a food-safe cleaner. The emphasis in this program is to increase financial efficiency, and sustainable practices. All products produced by this program will be inedible and not meant for human consumption.
